The Karate Centre

Sensei Craig is enthusiastic and has an excellent rapport with the children.
He is obviously committed to his work and makes every lesson fun and enjoyable whilst teaching valuable skills.
His passion and enthusiasm for the subject is passed on to the children, resulting in interested and disciplined children who are always eader to learn.

My child has become more confident since he started training at The Karate Centre.

Karate keeps my child fit and is good for his self-esteem and confidence.

These are the benefits my child has got from his training at The Karate Centre.
Fitness, discipline, flexibility, friendship and self-esteem.

My daughter enjoys Karate and benefits from it by keeping fit and having regular exercise - instead of watching TV.

Karate has improved my general fitness levels while allowing me to learn new skills, improve my strength, flexibility and balance.
I have met new people and have fun. it is great for increasing self-discipline and reducing anger problems.

My child originally trained at another Karate club and was with all grades and adults together which he did not enjoy.
We moved to TKC so he could be with other children and be part of a more child centred approach to teaching.
This was a good move and he has thoroughly enjoyed his Karate and Sensei Craig's teaching methods ever since.

Talking with my child, he feels Karate has improved his focus, co-ordination and listening skills which therefore has helped him at school.

Before I started Karate, I didn't have the confidence to stand up in front of large groups, i.e. getting awards or certificates at school.
After 4 years of Karate my confidence is no longer a problem and I will now take part in school plays and karate competitions.

Myself and my son have been attending for 3 months and have just passed our first grading and are both thoroughly proud of ourselves.
We find the lessons to be fun and exciting as well as serious.

Since starting Karate, i have more confidence in my abilities.

I am glad I started Karate has it has loads of interesting things to do within it and it has given me more confidence.

I think Karate is a great way of defending yourself, and having fun and making new friends.
Karate is an excellent way of developing body and mind amongst like-minded individuals towards a real achievement.

Sensei Craig is a friendly instructor who really knows his stuff.
He pitches the training spot on for each age group - from the Little Ninjas up to the Adults.
